Property Disputes

Property Disputes advice and mediation

property disputes

Our mediators can help facilitate agreements between the people at odds over all types of property disputes matters. These disputes can range from unpaid rent to boundary disputes to noise and anti-social behaviour and to ownership disputes.

Property disputes, particularly commercial ones, can be very complicated and the parties usually refer to lawyers and thereafter the Courts. This can be an extremely expensive and long, drawn-out, process. Mediation can facilitate agreement between the parties. Our mediators will objectively assess the arguments advanced by both sides and enable communication between the parties with a view to reaching an agreement in the shortest possible timescale, with the least possible costs and hopefully without undue anxiety.

Our property mediators have experience both as lawyers and mediators working with people on their property disputes and are therefore best placed to assist you in facilitating agreement over your dispute.
