Mediation for families is not only one of the more difficult areas of mediation but it is also, arguably, the most important.
Families tend not to fall out very often but when they do, often due to the nature of the relationships involved, emotions run very high, can cloud a parties’ objectivity and make reconciliation and agreement seem almost impossible to the point where the parties often give up trying. Our mediators pride themselves on their ability to listen, empathically, to all sides, objectively assess the facts and support all sides in achieving common ground and stated goals.

Experience has proved that when one party considers mediation and it is then offered to the other, the other almost inevitably agrees.
