We will try to work in the way that most benefits you. This means working around your timetable, at a location convenient to you and within your budget. It is our goal to achieve a resolution to your dispute.

However, there are some formalities we must always start with:

1. We will first discuss and agree a fee structure;
2. We will undertake an assessment of suitability for mediation which will usually involve a 15-20 minute telephone discussion with each party;
3. We will arrange a time, date and location for the mediation to take place;
4. We will either use our premises for the mediation sessions or source suitable accommodation at a location more convenient to you;
5. Accommodation will consist of a room for the mediation to take place in addition to a separate, private room for each party to retire to for breaks and thinking time;
6. After the mediation, we will provide all parties with a written round up of the points of discussion and agreement along with any conclusions and plan for the future;
